Mr. President Barack Obama wants to have a position of chief technology on his cabinet to make the US government more accessible to citizens. The initial plan is to create a website and the future URL is CHANGE.GOV , Change dot Gov. If Obama uses Facebook and MySpace on his presidential campaign before.
